Shoot with o without flash

Many times people ask me about shooting without a flash.Well here is a sample image one is with flash the other without,same images depth and place.

You need a flash even the one comes in the point and shot cameras would help.

The only time you don't really need flash is if you are shooting against the sun and just want the silhouette of the subject,whale,whaleshark,shark,manta,diver anything you want to put against the sun.

But if you are looking for beauty you must use a flash.
